1. Our commitment

Zolo is committed to making its website and Android app accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

2. Standards and level of accessibility

The Zolo marketing site is designed to comply with the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

Where feasible without significant changes to the existing design, we have also implemented relevant requirements from WCAG 2.1 Level AA (for example support for users who prefer reduced motion).

3. Scope of this statement

This statement covers the public pages of the Zolo website, including the English and Hebrew landing pages, legal pages (terms of service, privacy policy, account deletion information) and this accessibility page.

4. Measures taken

Examples of measures taken to improve accessibility on this site include:

• Use of semantic landmarks such as header, main, and footer.
• Clear heading hierarchy with a single main heading (h1) per page.
• A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
• Keyboard operable language and theme toggles with accessible labels.
• Visible focus indicators for all links and buttons.
• Support for users who prefer reduced motion where possible.

5. Testing

The website has been tested using keyboard-only navigation, common desktop browsers, and automated accessibility tools (such as browser developer tools and axe-based checks) against WCAG 2.0 Level AA and selected WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.

6. Known limitations

We are not aware of major accessibility barriers on this marketing site. However, some components (such as marketing screenshots of the app UI) are primarily visual and may not convey the full in-app experience to users of assistive technologies. We aim to provide equivalent text descriptions where practical.
